The rubber for the vibrating plates is made of EPDM rubber with a hardness of 60°shA. The advantage of these plates is that they do not get dirty. Alternatively, their traces can be rinsed without any problems, because they are filled with inorganic fillers and not with carbon black.

Description

EPDM - (Ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer) These rubbers are very resistant to outdoor environments with excellent UV stability. The temperature resistance range is -50°C/+180°C. These sheets have higher temperature stability due to the use of peroxide vulcanization. Furthermore, these rubbers are resistant to brake fluids, glycol-based coolants, inorganic chemicals and hot water.
