Dehairing paddle
The dehairing paddle is designed as a replaceable work element in
slaughter-house lines. The work knives are made of magnetic
stainless steel or galvanised steel. This rubber-textile dehairing
paddle can be modified for all types of fixation pitches.
On the basis of many years of experience in the field of
production of this product we have developed this type of the
dehairing paddle which is upgraded thanks to a more convenient
distribution of the external coating rubber. This distribution
ensures reduction of a local point overloading between the rubber-textile
insert and the surface coating rubber during an extreme work load,
which extends its lifetime.
